This 12 unit apartment is a brick structure in New Rockford, North Dakota the County Seat of Eddy county in Central North Dakota. The building consists of 11 two bedroom units while only having a single one bedroom unit. The building has three levels and situated in the middle of a residential ares of New Rockford. At the present time the unit is fully occupied. The two bedroom units rent for $330 and the one bedroom rents for $295, it has been a number of years since there has been a rental increase. There have been a number of updates in the past few years. In 2006 there were 11 new refrigerators and 11 new stoves installed, there are built in wall air conditioners with 3 of those being replaced in 2007, there were 5 tub surrounds replaced in 2006, the carpets in the entire common area was replaced 3 years ago while the flooring in three of the apartments was replaced at that time as well. there is a common laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers, the tenants have outdoor outlets to plug their cars in during the winter months and the tenants are responsible for their own electrical use.
