Are you looking for a business where you can actually make money and earn a living?? When the business was in full operation it was grossing between $850000 and $920000 a year in food and fuel items. The business sits on a frontage road adjoining US Highway 281 where there is an abundance of travel. There are two 10000 gallons fuel tanks. The tanks are double walled interstitial monitored tanks that were installed by O'Day Equipment Company of Fargo in October of 1997. There is one tank that holds 10000 gallons of Unleaded gas while the other 10000 gallon tank is a split tank and has capacity for 3700 gallons of Diesel Fuel and 6300 gallons of Ethanol. There are two pumps that were installed at th same time with each pump having six hose dispensers. There is a large canopy that was new when the equipment was installed. With Devils Lake being only a short distance away the convenience food was a big hit for the people traveling through. The business is basically being sold for less than what the fuel system cost to install in 1997 and there should be many years of operation left in the system.
